So when the Bourgogne people took their wine obsession and mixed it with their love for the local Ox; the Boeuf Bourguignon was born – a match made in heaven (or Bourgogne, if you want to get technical). And just because we love you (and your wine), this dish uses wine created by Kiwis. Don’t say we don’t spoil you.

Leave the film intact. Heat for 2 min 30 seconds in a microwave (750W). Remove vacuum film after 1 minute and serve in a flash plate.
